  During the school reopening ceremony officiated by Minister of Environment, H.E. Say Samal, Preah Sihanouk Governor, H.E.   One of Cambodia's leading corporations, Prince Holding Group ("Prince Group"), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) to start a scholarship programme for Cambodian university students.
